Job Description
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures
- Oversee payroll, attendance, and HRIS operations
- Implement performance management and employee evaluation systems
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and food industry standards
- Drive engagement, retention, and training initiatives
- Partner with line managers to support team growth and capability building
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for senior leadership
Job Requirements
- 7–10 years of HR experience in food manufacturing
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR practices
- Experience with ERP/HRIS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
