Job Description

  1. Marketing full activities  ( online and offline )
  2. Full E-Marketing management .
  3. Onitiating and follow up of KPIs along the Department .
  4. Handling key accounts and generating new leads .
  5. Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
  6. Set individual sales targets with sales team
  7. Delegate responsibility for customer accounts to sales personnel
  8. Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople
  9. Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
  10. Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
  11. Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team
  12. Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives
  13. Evaluate performance of sales staff
  14. Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team
  15. Plan and direct sales team training
  16. Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals
  17. Develop online sales platforms
  18. Co-ordinate and monitor online sales activity
  19. Investigate lost sales and customer accounts
  20. Track, collate and interpret sales figures
  21. Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
  22. Generate timely sales reports
  23. Develop pricing schedules and rates
  24. Formulate sales policies and procedures
  25. Help prepare budgets
  26. Control expenses and monitor budgets
  27. Maintain inventory control
  28. Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
  29. Analyze data to identify sales opportunities
  30. Develop promotional ideas and material
  31. Attend trade meetings and industry conventions
  32. Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision-makers in key accounts

Job Requirements

  • Business degree or related professional qualification
  • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
  • Technical sales skills
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of market research
  • Experience in managing and directing a sales team
  • Relevant product and industry knowledge
  • Solid understanding of digital sales platforms
  • Experience with relevant software applications
