Digital Sales and Business Development at Icloudready
We aim to be experts on how property managers and property consultants/agents at various types of companies do their day-to-day job and how Icloudready’s platform can help them accomplish their goals. Digital Sales & business development organizations play a critical role to prospect and generate leads for our field account executives showcasing how the Icloudready platform is the most cost effective and efficient way for real estate businesses to manage their properties, engage with their customers and sell more. You will be the first point of contact at Icloudready as you get your leads excited, handle objections, and move them through the sales pipeline. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing sales team and develop your selling skills.
This Role: SAAS Sales Executive for Icloudready
SAAS Sales Executive at Icloudready has the opportunity to work, collaborate, and grow across a wide array of projects, including:
- Prospecting and generating leads with meeting Icloudready’s Ideal Customer Persona (ICP)
- Generating booked meetings via outreach (email, phone, socials). This will be the primary metric this position is evaluated on.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to build targeted lead lists with validated contact data then add new and existing contacts to appropriate sales sequences in our sales engagement systems.
- Collaborating closely with Field Account Executives and your Digital Accounts Manager to develop strategies for target B2B businesses, prospects, and messaging/talk-tracks
- Starting and establishing exciting new relationships, opportunities, and meetings with prospective businesses
- Qualifying new opportunities and handling complex objections
- Creating significant outbound activity via targeted cold-calling, emailing, and social selling
- Always improving your approach by using data-driven solutions to track your results
- Meeting - and exceeding! - your weekly quota to help the team hit our Direct product team growth objectives
You will have an opportunity to learn and grow in this role. We support our SAAS Sales Executives and seek to promote them to Field Account Executives based on demonstrating success in the role, alignment with our values, and a passion for helping in successful technology deployment.

Job Requirements
Your Experience:
- Ambitious and self-motivated with comfort in a quota-carrying environment
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
- Willingness to lead a high volume of outbound calling and emailing activities every day - while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude
- Attention to detail and outstanding communication skills
Bonus Areas of Expertise:
- Have experience building sales sequences in Sales Engagement tools/ Sales sequencing tools ( like Outreach.io, SalesLoft, outplay,....).
- Have experience working with tools used for list building and contact validation, including using attribute filters (e.g. ZoomInfo, Apollo, RocketReach, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- History of quota attainment / relevant sales experience
- Have experience making dozens of cold calls per day and sending personalized cold emails.
- Knowledge or experience in RealEstate, CRM Systems, and B2B Sales.
- Two (2) years of digital sales experience is a plus
