Job Description
PrimoTech is a leading provider of advanced telecommunication and
security solutions, servicing both local and international markets. As
the sole agent for many high-tech products in Egypt, we specialize in
offering top-tier infrastructure solutions backed by a vast distribution
network across the country. We are looking for a highly motivated Sales
Account Manager to join our team and contribute to the continued success
of our operations.
As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving the
growth of our client base by providing technical expertise and
solutions, coupled with excellent customer service. You will work
closely with clients to understand their unique needs and recommend the
best products and services to meet those requirements. In addition,
you'll be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with both
new and existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering
long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, manage and expand
existing accounts, and drive revenue growth within the designated
region. - Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact
for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and timely
resolution of issues or concerns. - Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of PrimoTech’s
product portfolio and stay up-to-date with industry trends to offer
clients the most relevant solutions. - Collaboration: Work closely with the internal teams, including
engineers and technical staff, to ensure successful project delivery and
execution. - Reporting & Administration: Track and report sales performance,
market trends, and client feedback to senior management regularly.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- A Bachelor’s degree, Additional certifications or qualifications in
Sales, Marketing, or Business Development are a plus.
