Job Description
- Present the company in our showrooms.
- Welcome customers to the showrooms and answer their queries.
- Deliver appropriate presentations on hearing aid solutions and services.
- Meet individual and company hearing aids sales targets.
- Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Meeting required reporting and analysis deadlines.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
- Build productive trust relationships with customers.
- Handle and resolve customers’ complaints.
- Explain products’ value and capabilities to customers
- High knowledge Programming & Fitting hearing aids
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree. (engineering and/or science is preferred )
- Age maximum 35 years old.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales (hearing aids Must).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- V.Good English and computer skills.
- Ability to analyze the clients’ requirements.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented with excellent time management, planning and organizational skills.
