Job Description
- Design mechanical work for some projects.
- Handle all mechanical work.
- Monitor and control mechanical work on sites.
- Review designs which are issued by consultants.
- Preparing tender Mechanical documents for each Project
- Analyzing problems and coming up with designs to solve them.
- Provide a practical training for the new hires
- Networking and collaborating with other engineers and professionals in F.M. team.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicating with external consultants and designers.
- Monitor the implementation of the project work in all stages.
- Participate in the handing of the project site to the contractor.
- Provide reports on the progress of work on site.
- Provide and record the quantities executed at the site on quantities book.
- Review and validate the contractor’s invoices.
- Participate in the committee of both initial and final project handover.
- Monitoring the budget to deliver safe and efficient systems on time.
- Attending meetings and providing input and updates.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of Experience in Construction Industries
- Extensive knowledge in Design, Execution and supervision of (HVAC- Pluming – Fire Fighting – Compressed Air Systems).
- Very Good in English Language
- Excellent in Interpersonal Skills
