Talent acquisition vacancy
This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the full life-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, posting job openings, conducting interviews, and hiring. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for employer branding and promoting the company in a positive light to attract top talent.
Experience in full-life cycle recruiting and hiring Strong interviewing skills Fluency in English is a must Ability to develop and execute employer branding strategies Proven track record in recruiting top talent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a remote environment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar field Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow and Github)
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
