Job Title: Cloud Solutions Engineer - Managed Services
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Engineer to provide managed services to our customers. You will be responsible for managing various cloud solutions such as Google Workspace, JumpCloud, SSO, Slack, Bamboo HR, ActivTrak, cPanel, Liquidweb, Workamajig, and other technical remote support services. You should have a strong background in website designing, digital marketing, social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and fluency in English reading, writing, and speaking.
Responsibilities:
Provide managed services for customers using cloud solutions such as Google Workspace, JumpCloud, SSO, Slack, Bamboo HR, ActivTrak, cPanel (Linux server) Liquidweb, Workamajig, and other technical remote support services.
Provide technical support to customers remotely and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Manage Google Drive, Google Local Ads, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Dropbox, Freshservices, and other cloud-based services.
Design websites and digital marketing campaigns for customers using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain documentation and records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and recommend improvements to existing services and processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Work remotely and adhere to a 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM USA eastern time schedule.
Requirements:
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cloud solutions, database administration, technical support, website designing, and digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Saas based cloud solutions such as Google Workspace, JumpCloud, SSO applications, Slack, ActivTrak, cPanel, Liquidweb, Linux server design, Workamajig, and other technical remote support services.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Google Local Ads, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Dropbox, Freshservice Ticketing System and other cloud-based services.
- Experience in designing websites and digital marketing campaigns using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English reading, writing, and speaking.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work remotely and adhere to a 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM USA eastern time schedule.
