Job Description

Job Title: Junior HR Administrator

Location: Syria Street, Mohandessin, Giza

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift Time: 4PM to 1AM Mon - Fri

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and handling all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and maintaining HR records. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their HR career to gain broad experience across the full spectrum of human resources.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.

Prepare employment contracts and handle onboarding processes for new hires.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, files, and documentation.

Support payroll activities by preparing relevant data and ensuring timely submissions.

Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR policies and procedures.

Coordinate training sessions and performance evaluations.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.

Assist in employee engagement and team-building activities.

Perform general administrative tasks related to the HR department.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

 

0–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.

English Fluency is a must.

Good understanding of Egyptian labor law is a plus.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

High attention to detail and confidentiality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Resides near or able to commute to Syria Street, Mohandessin, Giza.
