We are seeking a skilled and creative Marketing Specialist to join our Advertising company. This role involves staying ahead of marketing trends and crafting strategies that target specific customer demographics effectively. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to create impactful campaigns, manage diverse marketing channels, and contribute to the success of a tech-driven environment.
Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify target audiences and create tailored campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
Content Creation and Management:
- Develop and implement multiple social media monthly action plans and calendars to achieve specific marketing objectives and goals.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share content (original text, images, or video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages the right targeted members, based on the predetermined buyer persona, to take action.
- Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality, engaging content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of posts.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video producers to produce multimedia content.
Community Engagement:
- Monitor, engage, and respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly.
- Foster relationships with followers and influencers to amplify brand presence.
Performance Analysis:
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
- Use data insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
Trend Monitoring:
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools.
- Experiment with new features and innovative approaches to keep the brand relevant.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, PR, and sales teams to align social media efforts with broader campaigns.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior social media team members.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5+ years) in social media management or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Experience in paid social media campaigns is a Must.
Additional Information
- Working Hours: 5 Weekdays (Sun - Thurs): 8 hours from 10 am to 6 pm, Fridays & Saturdays Off.
- Location: Dokki
- Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site).
- Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
