Job Description
1- Monitoring Operations:
- Oversee and monitor the daily activities of the organization to ensure smooth operation.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report all deviation with its justifications and effect.
2- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Ensure that all related dashboards are properly presented and maintained.
- Help the team to Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to operations.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
3- Coordination and Communication:
- Communicate effectively departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate between management, teams, and external stakeholders to ensure objectives are being met.
4- Inventory and Resource Management:
- Oversee the inventory of materials and resources to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Ensure that resources are allocated effectively to meet operational needs.
5- Team Support and Training:
- Provide support to operational teams, including troubleshooting problems and offering guidance.
- Assist in training staff on new recent technologies, approaches of data analysis.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Programs.
- 3-5 years of Experience in industrial fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Proficiency in data management software and tools.
- Knowledge of process optimization and project management methodologies.
- Assist in training staff in new recent technologies, approaches of data analysis.
- Computer knowledge Power BI, SQL.
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
