Job Description
- Work supports the development of an employee engagement plan.
- Create and coordinate employee events and engagement programs following the preset plan, including personal celebrations and campaigns. Develop and manage staff motivation programs and recognition events for the assigned employees. Responsible for internal communication activities, including announcements and key message delivery. Working along with the marketing team to ensure unified branding and look in all communication tools and platforms
- Support the execution of the resourcing and recruitment plan for the company. Support the division attraction strategy.
- Investigate opportunities for online advertising campaigns. Develop and maintain relations with universities and non-profit recruitment organizations. Implementation of the company will expand our relations to cover more universities
- Continue to visit these universities.
- Scout for opportunities to expand our cooperation with these universities.
- Develop and conduct company presentations at university events and trade shows.
- Support the summer internship program.
- Introduce various attraction products to universities through attending fairs and promoting the program.
