Job Description
- Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person at the office.
- Answer, and forward incoming phone calls are directed to the right extension.
- Maintain the diary and arrange appointments as necessary.
- Type reports and routine correspondence from dictation or written sources.
- Supervise the collection and delivery of incoming and outgoing mail to ensure that it is delivered to the correct addresses, internally and externally.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (pens, forms and brochures).
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Handle administration Tasks
- Keep filing record accurately
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree..
- Experience 0-3 years.
- Very good in Customer Service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- very good in English.
