Job Description
- Preparing the annual budget for all facilities' annual activities, record & monitor all costs and expenses for all facilities budgets.
- Monitor energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain updated records of potential suppliers for housekeeping, landscaping, and security.
- Managing building maintenance activities including office equipment and furniture.
- Managing all facility grounds (landscape) in all locations and maintaining them in excellent condition.
- Resourcing for facility cleaning, catering, and security & preparing documents to issue tenders for contractors.
- Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards (in coordination with governmental affairs manager).
- Conducting regular quality health and safety checks, ensuring proper use of all company assets (equipment & tools).
- Preparing an emergency escape plan and responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequence.
- Planning and supervising building work/renovation and ensuring that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily on time and following up on any deficiencies.
- Establishing and updating facility operational manual including all policies and procedures.
- Scheduling maintenance and renovation activities in a way to ensure minimum disruption to core activities of the company for future development in line with strategic business objectives.
- Ensuring all company warehouses are kept highly organized, clean, and secure.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from any Discipline, engineering preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of the overall experience, with at least 5 years in a similar position.
- Fluency in English.
- Facility Management Post Graduate Studies, MBA is preferable.
- Proven track record of managing a team with diverse backgrounds.
