Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our small contracting company as a Social Media and Administrative Support Specialist. This role involves a combination of managing social media advertisements, providing administrative support, organizing files and data, and assisting with indoor sales activities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive multitasker with a passion for social media marketing, strong organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. Basic knowledge of AI usage for media creation is a plus.

 

Responsibilities

1. Assist in development and implementation of social media advertising campaigns to promote company services and products.

2. Monitor and analyze the performance of social media ads to optimize results and reach target audiences.

3. Provide general administrative support such as answering phone calls, messages, responding to emails, and scheduling meetings.

4. Assist in organizing and maintaining company files and data, both in digital and physical formats.

5. Support indoor sales activities by engaging with customers, providing product information, and coordinating sales transactions.

6. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all social media platforms.

7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
