Job Description
Project manager with 12 to 15 years of experience
- At least 7 years of experience as a technical office engineer (Cost control- quantity survey)
- At least 5 years of implementation experience as a project manager
Job Requirements
- Graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering from a government university
- A car is required
Technical Office Experience:
- Architectural and structural inventory
- Iron individualization
- Cost control
- Proficiency in creating executive drawings to use on site
- Contracting with contractors
- Making orders to purchase raw materials
- Previous experience in making shop drawing paintings
Implementation Experience:
- Diverse experience in concrete and finishing works
- High communication skills to deal with customers
