Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage operation and maintenance, including scheduled and emergency tasks.
- Develop work plans, budget estimates, and resource allocation to meet production targets.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment faults.
- Maintain comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance schedules and records.
- Ensure proper operation of equipment to meet required specifications.
- Provide safety measures and staff training, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Manage spare parts inventory and oversee procurement.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and work environment quality.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for maintenance and spare parts management.
- Independently execute assignments, ensuring goals align with company policies and objectives.
- Issue necessary reports and documentation for operational and maintenance tasks.
- Analyze data and improve equipment reliability through better maintenance practices.
- Ensure staff adherence to administrative and safety standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering.
- 8 - 12 Years of experience in Energy and Power Generation industry.
- 5 Years on same position.
- Analytical thinking.
- Leadership & Strategic Management skills.
- Project Management PMP certified.
