- Help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
- We are looking for a high-performing sales manager who has a strong ability to communicate with existing clients and attract new clients, in addition to a strong ability to manage and train the sales team.
- Arrange all kind of Export / Import shipping docs .
- Monitor all sales transactions and review all customer response for all orders and payments and resolve all customers issues for processes and manage sales shipments of all export products and collaborate with suppliers to ensure smooth functioning of processes and forecast all requirements .
- Opening up new export markets and able to get new customers.
- Increase company's sales numbers .
- Recommending the best freight forwarder based on historical performance , negotiating prices and conditions to optimized benefits and reduce cost.
- Filling the docs for Export / Import shipping docs.
- Responsible for updating the status of all shipments and following up on its delivery .
- Following up with the loading process at the Packhouse and contact the clearance person.
- Following up & tracing the shipments until destination .
- Coordinating with the clearing Agents and prepare supporting documents required for customs clearance.
- Following up with the Freight Forwarders , Courier and shipping lines for freight quotations and price lists for Export/Import shipments .
- Auditing the clearance ,courier & Freight Invoices to be signed from Logistics Manager and send to the financial debt .
- Making Regular updates to Export / Import shipments.
- Follow up with tracking and tracing to final destination and data quality requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in any field ( preferable to be in Logistics and foreign Trade )
- Excellent command of Arabic and English.
- Experience in Export Agricultural Products .
- Good skills in computer (office programs)
- Accurate and timely distribution of documents
- Problem Solving
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and team management skills
