Job Summary:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a critical role in our operations by handling cold calling, lead generation, and follow-up tasks. You will directly interact with potential sellers to identify motivated leads, qualify prospects, and contribute to our deal pipeline.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $400-435 USD per month.
- Commission: 2% on all deals closed from leads you generate.
- Quarterly Incentive Comission
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential sellers to generate leads.
- Build rapport with property owners and assess their motivation to sell.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and update the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads consistently to maintain engagement.
- Maintain detailed records of conversations and outcomes in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets.

Job Requirements: Virtual Assistant/Sales Representative - Real Estate Wholesaling
To be considered for the Virtual Assistant role in our real estate wholesaling business, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Experience and Skills
- Cold Calling Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in cold calling and sales, preferably in the real estate sector or a related field.
- Lead Generation Expertise: Demonstrated success in generating and qualifying leads through direct outreach.
- CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience using CRM systems (e.g., Podio, Salesforce, or similar platforms) to manage leads and track progress.
- Communication Skills: Must be a C1 English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales Acumen: Strong ability to build rapport with potential sellers, handle objections, and close leads effectively.
Technical Requirements
- Home Office Setup:
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Noise-canceling headset for clear communication.
- Computer or laptop capable of running necessary software and applications.
- Familiarity with common communication tools such as Zoom, Slack, and email platforms.

Education

- Familiarity with skip tracing and real estate data tools (e.g., PropStream, BatchLeads).
