Job Description
An experienced social media specialist is required to join our team here at Elev8 Assessments as a freelancer on a Part-time basis - Remotely
Elev8 is a fast-growing provider of psychometric assessments in Egypt. We are dedicated to helping companies gain access to cost-effective, robust solutions to deal with the selection and development of people's talent.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and oversee social media content creation for Elev8.
- Assist with monitoring user engagement and community management, communicating with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media technologies.
- Manage, execute and evaluate social media strategies for collecting data, such as surveys, and opinions. polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data.
- Measure the effectiveness of social media marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
- Monitor Social media campaign statistics and follow trends in trade literature.
- Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- 3 or more years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
- Experience using various analytics softwares.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
