Job Description
- Leads Distribution
- Create reservation form and follow up contract
- Co-ordination for any client site visit
- Follow up on Sales team feedback on leads
- Handle team Schedule
- Follow up on pending actions related to sales
- Follow up and communicate team / Department needs (Printing material / maintenance / other requests )
- Handle brokerage contracts and add to CRM
- Communicate & Handle Special offers and offers validity
- Handling the operations on CRM
- Adding Inventory in ERP & Odoo
- Follow up operations Cycle
- Handle lead generation and book appointments
- Train staff in products, market and processes for sales excellence
- Develop “go to market” models for products and campaigns
- Increase reps’ efficiency with leads, transactions and time management
- Hire, onboard and mentor employees
Job Requirements
- Experience in Real Estate is a must
- Proven work experience in a Sales Operations or similar role
- Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process
- Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting
- Relevant training and/or certifications in Sales Operations preferred
