Check with all concerned departments that all required material and accessories are available for producing the order.
Confirm with planning on order production date and sales priority in order to update the status of orders.• Increase set OTIF (on – time in full) thru following up with planning and production and shipping are committed to delivery date .
Process orders on the IMS system and ensure that all related documents are attached to the sales contract.
Follow up on order status on the IMS Software on a daily basis, and make sure there is no delay in orders.
Issue production load reports from IMS, and submit it to production and planning units.
Inform Sales Department on orders’ status received from planning unit on a daily basis, in order to make sure that all delays are clarified and communicated to Customers.
Prepare finished goods inventory reports on a daily basis and check on warehouse level for each area of sales.
Convey the delivery priorities to Shipping Officer and coordinate with the Sales Department the day-to-day shipping activities, and issue delivery notes accordingly.
Issue customer complaint forms with related documents such as invoice, loading manifest, and customer reference, and send them for Quality Assurance Department for inspection.
Issue credit or debit notes upon finalizing the customer complaints.
Maintain and update customers’ files and data on IMS system.
Maintain all data on company’s online tracking system “ICOS” on a weekly basis.
Review with shipping unit pending items for major customers and confirm its status with sales in order to be shipped.
Issue needed reports on Current situation for major customers on orders status.
Prepare reports as per management needs.

Proven experience in sales Operation (manufacturing)
Proficiency in English
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player with high level of dedication
BSc/BA in logistics - business administration or relevant field
