Job Description
§ Implement the company’s sales policies and procedures
§ Implement sales operational work flows
§ Coordinate and manage all sales operational aspects of any of the company’s project (from the pre-launch stage up to unit’s delivery).
§ Coordinate with the finance, project development and technical departments all the contractual aspects of the project.
§ Revise and validate all sales/ business related reports.
§ Manage and safeguard the company’s inventory (in terms of available units).
§ Perform data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintain an organised and accessible filing system.
§ Calculate NPV for payment plans.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in same field.
- Real Estate Experience is a must.
