Job Description
- Review placing special orders for all items with low supply and/or high demand
- Check daily sales of each section in comparison to past month or past year
- Identify sales performance gaps through in-depth analysis.
- Monitor weekly supplier performance feedback in terms of delivery time, availability (range and quantity) .
- Maintain healthy stock level, avoid overstock and slow-moving stock through sales analysis.
- Collect and consolidate daily store visits reports from coordinators to ensure display and availability of items.
- Coordinate with all departments in head office to resolve any problems that may cause delay in supply process.
- Improve efficiency of supply process through unifying delivery date for common suppliers.
- Monitor attendance and performance the team and provide regular feedback to supply chain Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration
- Preferred 5 years experience in similar role
- Advanced proficiency in English
