Job Description
- Coordinate sales team by managing weekly schedules with Sales Manager.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material and reporting to Sales Manager
- Respond to complaints from customers, give feedback to Sales Manager and handle them if needed.
- Store and sort orders in electronic form and present daily reports.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies
Job Requirements
- Excellent command in English.
- Professional user of MS. office specially excel.
- Deadline-Oriented, Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Coordination, Thoroughness, Quality Focus, Objectivity.
