Job Description
-Update sales team daily reports regarding (sales records, team visits, cash collected, etc.) on daily bases.
-Prepare a weekly, monthly reports to the department manager when needed.
-Receive and validate sales team requests according to the company's standards.
-Support the sales team for proper inquires.
-Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations and agreements.
-Retain good working relations with existing stakeholders / partners.
-Understand and utilize all resources available to accomplish assigned tasks.
-Enter and update customer information in the database.
Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree.
-1:3 years of experience.
-Excellent Computer skills and MS Office.
-Good in English.
-Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem solving.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
