Job Description

  • Provide the needed talent with the needed quality on time to ensure optimum performance of all departments.
  •  Facilitates, implements and manages all phases of the recruitment lifecycle process.
  • Participate in Formulating and implementing HR annual manpower and hiring plan & budget to ensure providing the needed talent with the needed quality on time with optimum employment cost.
  • Design and oversee implementation of recruitment system to ensure availability of wide pool of talent on time.
  • Establish and conduct the needed HR audit to ensure effective and efficient recruitment & selection system.
  • Follow-up, direct, appraise, train & develop, and provide the needed support to recruitment staff to ensure the proper design, implementation, and improvement of HR systems.
  •  Provide update all recruitment process and design all talent acquisition processes and provide support to performance and ensure effectiveness of all projects.
  • Ensures that all the processes of planning, recruiting and selecting comply with the organization's recruitment procedures and policies and that it is implemented in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Coordinate with departments’ heads and provide the needed support and technical assistance to ensure compliance with manpower planning and selection systems.
  • Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization).
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, etc.).
  • Preparing all Recruitment reports for the Top management and board of director.
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
  • 3 years of experience in same position
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Computer: Excellent Computer skills (Microsoft Office) & Microsoft Visio.
  • HR Diploma or HR advanced studies is a must.
