Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
-15 years of experience, including at least 5 years as a Sales Manager and a minimum of 3 years in the lighting industry.
-Experience in tendering processes and managing client relationships.
-Familiarity with lighting products or similar industry products.
-Strong understanding of engineering principles as they relate to sales.
-Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work both in-office and in the field as required.
