The masters of Digital Marketing and branding in Egypt.

Job Description

  • Ensuring the level of quality in responding to customers’ inquiries and updates about services by the sales team.
  • Making sure that the team understands well the full services knowledge during the initial training and after.
  • Performing weekly training and feedback sessions, activities, and meetings with the sales team to improve performance.
  • Understanding customers’ backgrounds & needs and well define the customer requirements.
  • Conducting meetings with customers indoors and outdoors as needed for more sales force.
  • Offering our services to clients and advising the best-fit service/package for them.
  • Closing sales and achieving the monthly sales team targets.
  • Follow up with the sales team & customers till registration and delivery of service.
  • Updating sales data and presenting sales reports to the sales manager.
  • Opening new clients and upselling services for him/herself and the sales team.
  • Proposing new features or ideas to enhance and develop sales and business.
  • Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
  • Collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure outstanding service to clients.
  • Assisting the sales manager in developing company sales plans and strategies.
  • Providing trends in the market, the potentials, and opportunities.   

Job Requirements

  • Age no more than 30 years old.
  • Females or males.
  • University degree in any field. Preferred in Business administration, Sales & Marketing. 
  • 3-5 years of a proven work experience as a sales supervisor.
  • Cairo and Giza residents only
  • Team leader, ability to manage a team and improve their performance. 
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Good user of MS Office Kit.
  • deep Hands-on sales analysis and preparing sales reports and presentations. 
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of the digital market is a plus.
  • Training courses in sales or marketing are a plus.
  • Excellent Selling, Negotiation, and Customer care skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
  • Excellent Effective listening skills and open to feedback.
  • Self-motivated, committed, and driven by objectives.
