Internship Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for import and export logistics services (air & sea)
  • Identify new business opportunities with clients across various industries
  • Maintain and grow strong relationships with customers
  • Collaborate with pricing and operations teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on competitor activities, and client needs
  • provide regular reporting to senior management
  • Participate in key client meetings and negotiations when needed

Internship Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding sales..
  • Strong knowledge of international logistics, Incoterms, customs procedures, and documentation (CargoX/ACID is a plus)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
