Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies for import and export logistics services (air & sea)
- Identify new business opportunities with clients across various industries
- Maintain and grow strong relationships with customers
- Collaborate with pricing and operations teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions
- Conduct market research to stay updated on competitor activities, and client needs
- provide regular reporting to senior management
- Participate in key client meetings and negotiations when needed
Internship Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding sales..
- Strong knowledge of international logistics, Incoterms, customs procedures, and documentation (CargoX/ACID is a plus)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
