Job Description

  • The Job will be outsourced and for 1 year contract renewable
  • Identify and implement necessary system changes in order to execute more efficiently service jobs.
  • Ensure and supporting improving service operation in CTS.
  • Ensure Service job administration in the region as planned and in effective way.
  • Follow up with Logistics and purchasing to complete all planned and service jobs .
  • Update and maintenance of the data of the machinery park installed in our clients, to ensure high quality of data.
  • Ensure and maintain reporting for new and renewal and cancelled contract. 
  • And Send to sales team ended contract and renewal
  • Review wip to closed jobs that over than 60 days &90 days.
  • Supporting Planning service visits to customer
  • Support issuing invoices for service contract.
  • Other Duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 2-3 years of experiences.
  • Preferable in similar industrial sector.
  • Background experiences in aftermarket products & business.
  • Preferable to have experience in Scala system.
