Job Description

  • Serve as a dedicated point of contact to key clients by leading the day-to-day execution of a client project and facilitating solution development and/or implementation.
  • Build long-term client relationships by guiding the client through the project and ensure positive impact and sustainable results.
  • Analyze requirements, identify issues, and propose ongoing tactical solutions during client meetings.
  • Suggest measures for improving client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct & document meetings and interviews with clients.
  • Ensure alignment of client’s expectations against deliverables such as business plans, small-scale feasibility studies, strategic evaluation (internal, external, dynamic), strategic positioning assessments, restructuring action plans, etc.
  • Identify and propose relevant services and tools for client companies necessary for successful project planning and implementation.
  • Take ownership of the overall project, timeline, man-hours, and delivery as per our commitments to the client.
  • Manage relationship and referrals with sister companies and maintain and increase new business growth with new and existing clients, Convert & manage referrals in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring customer relationships are optimized to achieve sales targets and budget, while keeping the overview about the sales territory in terms of understanding the opportunities, risks and competition’s activities.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting customers objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a must.
  • MBA is preferred but not required.
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience with at least 2 years in business consulting, Account Manager, Customer success, or business development.
  • Solid understanding of entrepreneurship fundamentals.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (orally and written).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a keen sense of building a rapport quickly with clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
