Job Description

  •     Provide all kinds of Admin works that enable the sales department team to run the business efficiently and effectively to achieve the company goals.
  •    Prepare all activities related to sales meetings, preparing management reports/letters/forms, time schedules, and follow-up actions to support and facilitate their activities.
  •    Coordinate/communicate with other departments in terms of providing and exchange data/information…etc. that will support them in their activities and build a smooth relationship with all employees.
  •    Deliver and complete all kinds of secretarial responsibilities and works related to sales activities in terms of ( typing& printing, faxing, photocopying, phone calls, filing, mailing, developing, Stationary, etc.…) to support sales team to run their business activities effectively and in a quality way.
  •    Continue to build stronger relationships with all referral sources, past clients, and future clients in order to maximize client satisfaction and customer satisfaction rating.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree of Commerce (accounting major) ,English section is preferred.
  • Males only.
  • ERP background is preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Very Good to Excellent in English.
