Job Description
Responsible for all administrative work within the project.
- Oversee the staff attendance to be delivered to the Project Manager daily.
- Review staff in preparing leaves, mission and permission requests to be delivered to the Human Recourses Department.
- Inform the Human Resources Department with absent (No show) employees as per the internal policy.
- Upload recorded attendance from device to server and download new employees’ fingerprints from server to the device.
- Staff Accommodation preparations (Lease contracts – Housing preparation and furnishing - staff accommodation - Regular and Emergency maintenance ... etc.)
- Prepare the monthly status of staff housing to be delivered to the Human Resources Department.
- Negotiate with transportation contractors to provide transportation buses and service vehicles according to the site needs, in coordination with Contracts Department.
- Prepare purchase requisition for employees’ transportation buses and coordinate the bus lines according to the number of users.
- Oversee the operation of buses and service vehicles and prepare operating data to be delivered to the Technical Office Department to prepare the monthly Interim payment.
- Ensure the regularity of buses routes and provide alternatives in the case of working after the working hours.
- Prepare the monthly status of means of transportation to be delivered to the Human Resources Department.
- Carry out the procurement functions or appoint a representative on his behalf.
- Coordinate with the Human Resources Department and others concerning the site's administrative needs.
- Provide regular logistics for all administrative needs.
- Work on solving the administrative issues inside the workplace.
- Implement HSE policies and regulations.
