Job Description
* Responsible for overseeing the compensation and benefits division of a company, analyzes compensation data within an organization and evaluates job positions to determine classification and salary, administers employee insurance, pension and savings plans, and works with insurance brokers and plan carriers
* Researching compensation trends and reviewing compensation surveys to evaluating current compensation policy (new compensation ways, new market strategies, new market conditions).
Job Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree of Business or Administration or any related field
*5 years’ experience in compensation and benefits
*Must have experience in construction field
