Job Description

We are seeking an experienced FEMALE Sales - Key Accounts Manager to join our digital marketing agency. 

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of bringing on new clients and closing deals in the digital marketing industry. As a sales executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, creating proposals, and closing deals to help grow our business.

Previous or Current Job Experience with Advertising, Marketing or Media Agency Sales in Dubai is a MUST

Responsibilities:

  • Selling digital media marketing solutions
  • Develop contact with potential clients in the industry by calling, emailing, or scheduling meetings in person
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's business and marketing goals
  • Create customized proposals that align with the client's objectives and our agency's capabilities
  • Present proposals and conduct negotiations with potential clients to close deals
  • Work collaboratively with other teams, including account management and project management, to ensure successful on boarding of new clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies to continually improve our sales strategies and offerings
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis

Job Requirements

  • Have strong client and agency contacts; be well networked
  • Have 1-3 years of sales experience in a digital marketing agency or related industry
  • Familiarity with the trends and developments in the media sales industry
  • Excellent marketing, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
