Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Operations Specialist at ACMA for Chemicals and Mining in Heliopolis. The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing sales processes, analyzing sales data, supporting customer service activities, and ensuring smooth sales operations for the company.
- Handle daily inquiries received from customers.
- Discuss with management to send correct quotations to customers.
- Keep handling customers till they place the order.
- Handle order fulfillment cycle (documentation, procedures, reports) starting from receiving the purchase order from the customer - till the customer receives his orders.
- Ensure the order is shipped on time.
- Handle customers’ complaints if exist.
- Continuous Follow-up with customers to make sure they keep placing orders on time.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Provide administrative support along with clerical tasks that aid the daily business operations of the Company.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
- Follow up on the Company’s system and ensure all data is entered accurately.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree is a Must, in Business administration or marketing is preferable.
- Experience: from 1 to 3 years as a Sales Operations Specialist.
- Good command of using Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent communicator.
- Very good Negotiator.
- Excellent teamwork and motivational skills.
- Very Good planning and organizing skills.
- Good in the English language is a Must.
