Job Description
- Direct all Sales organization to satisfy Business Plan set goals and objectives.
- Maintain a high level of Cloud Services technology expertise and competitive intelligence.
- Manage relation with the stakeholders and ensure contractual terms and conditions will deliver products and services meeting all the specifications and quality measures as contracted.
- Maintain strategic relations with customers and focus on strategic customers.
- Resolve Sales/operation/projects critical issues.
- Analyze and report the root cause of complaints for management appropriate action.
- Establish a good relationship with stakeholders.
- Follow-up on new leads to increase sales pipelines.
- Provide accurate reports with current and forecasted Sales Data.
- Produce promotional materials and maintain current information on the organization website.
- Perform all other duties and assignments as directed by the General Manager and or Managing Director.
- Monitoring the daily performance .
- Early raise a flag for any needed corrective plan.
- Running with the team weekly reviews to track their progress & share feedbacks.
- Ensuring staff members are achieving desired service levels and taking corrective action, as needed.
- Preparing reports and analyzing the Team data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English speaker.
- Cloud computing experience is a must.
- Sales Background is a must.
