Job Description

  • Direct all Sales organization to satisfy Business Plan set goals and objectives.
  • Maintain a high level of Cloud Services technology expertise and competitive intelligence.
  • Manage relation with the stakeholders and ensure contractual terms and conditions will deliver products and services meeting all the specifications and quality measures as contracted.
  • Maintain strategic relations with customers and focus on strategic customers.
  • Resolve Sales/operation/projects critical issues.
  • Analyze and report the root cause of complaints for management appropriate action.
  • Establish a good relationship with stakeholders.
  • Follow-up on new leads to increase sales pipelines.
  • Provide accurate reports with current and forecasted Sales Data.
  • Produce promotional materials and maintain current information on the organization website.
  • Perform all other duties and assignments as directed by the General Manager and or Managing Director.
  • Monitoring the daily performance .
  • Early raise a flag for any needed corrective plan.
  • Running with the team weekly reviews to track their progress & share feedbacks.
  • Ensuring staff members are achieving desired service levels and taking corrective action, as needed.
  • Preparing reports and analyzing the Team data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Cloud computing experience is a must.
  • Sales Background is a must.
