About the Position
Our rapidly growing team is looking for a motivated Project Manager to lead projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and seamless collaboration across teams.
We’re looking for a skilled organizer and communicator with leadership abilities and Agile project management expertise.
You will be part of a team handling multiple simultaneous projects for various clients and internal 34ML products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery.
- Oversee all project phases, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, account managers, and clients.
- Organize and facilitate regular project meetings, such as kickoffs, status updates, and retrospectives.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.
- Ensure accurate documentation for each project, including requirements, timelines, and outcomes.
- Monitor and report on project progress using Agile methodology.
- Drive accountability and ownership among team members while maintaining a collaborative atmosphere.
- Support quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality project deliverables.
- Leverage tools and metrics (e.g., Gantt charts, velocity, cycle time) for improved tracking and productivity.
Job Requirements
Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years in project management or related roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and other project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion).
Bonus Points
- Experience in software development or familiarity with technical workflows.
- Basic account management skills.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CSM).
