Job Description
• Assist in preparing project baseline schedules in line with project specifications and milestones, under supervision.
• Collect daily and weekly progress data from site teams to update the master baseline schedule and support in preparing monthly/weekly project progress reports in accordance with client and management requirements.
• Assist in creating simple reports such as manpower histograms, S-curves, and cash flow charts, as instructed.
• Participate in planning meetings with stakeholders to provide data inputs and take minutes.
• Maintain and organize planning documentation, including RFIs, progress logs, and action lists.
• Schedule and attend site visits with senior planners to collect progress data and verify actual site performance.
• Escalate schedule deviations or inconsistencies to senior planners promptly.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in project planning, scheduling, or engineering roles.
- Familiarity with project management and planning software such as Primavera P6.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
