Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of multiple real estate projects to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve high performance and project success.
- Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure optimal use of company assets.
- Establish and enforce operational policies, procedures, and best practices across all departments.
- Collaborate with senior management to set performance targets and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze operational data and generate reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company standards, and safety protocols.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to safeguard project integrity and company reputation.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability within the operations team.
- Utilize Odoo/ERP systems to monitor, analyze, and generate reports across multiple departments, including sales CRM, inventory and purchasing, engineering, and finance, ensuring real-time data accessibility and informed decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in operations/project management, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in operational planning, budgeting, and resource management.
- Track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Willingness to work onsite and adapt to dynamic project needs.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in Odoo/ERP systems for project management, operational monitoring, and reporting.
