Job Description
- To coordinate all technical activities on assigned projects. Control Capital Budget Cost ,Plans, schedules, conducts, and coordinates assigned engineering work; monitors work for compliance to applicable codes, accepted engineering practices, in line with all safety rules; ensures effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all disciplines and all other project participants.
- Develop the plan that identifies site current operational capability, capacity and infrastructure development, and forecasts future state on a medium basis based on information available at the time of writing (Site Master Plan).
- Organise and supervise the activities and work of a small team of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of Project activity is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner
- Supervises the day-to-day operations of Projects to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures
- Coordinate and gather the Capital Budget for one year ahead with Cost, record /extract committed / Spent Cost to-date for all Projects listed in the Capital Budget as well as managing unplanned Projects cost in order to perform cost analysis and advise Project Manager on cost over-runs in a timely manner.
- Participate – in coordinate with all departments – in developing the plan that identifies site current operational capability, capacity and infrastructure development, and forecasts future state on a medium and long term basis based on information available at the time of writing (Site Master Plan) in order to sustain and cope with overall business growth..
- Sourcing, qualifying and negotiation the right Contractor or Supplier for the specific project to ensure a safe, standard quality, on time and smooth delivery Within the budgeted Cost and on- time Spending
- Modify technical submissions to ensure the compliance with the internal and international engineering standards and cost effective.
- Review direct installation, commissioning and acceptance of completed projects for ensuring cost and quality effectiveness
Job Requirements
Academic and professional qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Experience:
- 2-4 years of post-qualification experience.
- very good English language

- HS&E Management
- Project Management PMP.
