Job Description

MoveMint is currently seeking a social media specialist & Media buyer with 2-3 years of expertise in social media marketing field.

Job Brief:

The Social Media Specialist & Media Buyer owns the entire online advertising lifecycle, from strategic planning to continuous optimization, performance measurement.

 

Social Media Specialist Responsibilities

•           Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation goals.

•           Create engaging and shareable content across various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

•           Create and curate engaging content for social media accounts. Schedule and post content regularly to maintain a consistent online presence. 

•           Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on the social media profiles. Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights for optimization. 

•           Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistent application of the brand identity & tone-of-voice across all social media channels.

•           Stay ahead of the curve by researching industry trends, analyzing competitor activity, and exploring new social media platforms and technologies.

•           Generate insightful reports and provide recommendations based on data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future efforts.

•           Research target audience for each client.

•           Actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and building a loyal community.

 

Media Buyer Responsibilities:

•           Uncover insights through website analysis, competitor research, and link analysis to stay ahead of the game.

•           Design and orchestrate multi-channel marketing masterpieces across networks like ads, display, PPC, email, and social media.

•           Lead the planning and development of native and direct response campaigns – AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and diverse native ad networks are your stage.

•           Analyze keywords and direct campaign targeting with precision across search tools, ensuring your message reaches the right ears.

•           Analyze campaigns across all platforms, like a superhero deciphering alien language, to optimize performance and maximize results.

•           Embrace the power of measurement tools to inform your strategies and maximize impact.

•           Secure the best deals through media buying, billing, and follow-ups.

•           Keep everyone informed with clear and informative reports on spending, invoices, and ROI.

•           ROI Tracker: Monitor your media buying strategies and ensure they deliver a winning return on investment.

 

Job Requirements:

•           Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a social media specialist & media buyer, with experience on clients locally & abroad.

•           A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

•           Excellent spoken and written English to communicate your brilliance with clarity.

•           In-depth understanding of social media advertising platforms and best practices – you know the algorithms in your sleep.

•           A clear grasp of how PPC weaves into the wider tapestry of digital marketing.

•           Experience using Google AdWords (Search and GDN) and Facebook like extensions of your mind.

•           Knowledge of key marketing areas like social media and content marketing to build well-rounded campaigns.

•           Strong analytical skills to uncover insights and optimize performance.

•           Ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing plans that ignite results.

•           Excellent communication skills 

•           Strong time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and deliver on time, every time.

•           Personal laptop ownership 

 

Job Details:

Working Hours: 3 days a week (Sun - Tue): 8 hours from 9 am to 5 pm.

•           Hybrid work model (mainly remote with occasional office presence).

•           Job Type: Part-Time.

•           Salary is negotiable based on experience.
