Job Description

In this role, you will provide administrative support to the CEO's Office Manager. You will handle a variety of tasks, including booking airline tickets, booking hotels, drafting correspondence, itineraries, and answering phone calls. You will be a key point of contact for the department and play a vital role in creating a positive and effective work environment.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
  • Experience in tourism companies - booking airline tickets and hotels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
