Job Description
- Understanding and promoting company products and solutions
- Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries by mail and telephone
- Follow up using emails and phone calls
- Construct quotations and sales presentations based on items requested by the customer
- Build new relationships with potential customers
- Assess a customer's budgetary constraints through indirect questioning
- Conducting telephone and face-to-face meetings with customers
- Visit outdoor customers
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective customers
- Achieve the monthly and annual sales target.
- Close sale deals with customers
- Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
- Builds customer base by meeting with potential clients and educating them on the benefits of the product (s)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Presentation Skills
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
- Good command of English
