Job Description

  • Assisting the Sales Manager in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance
  • Training and mentoring sales team members to improve their performance
  • Managing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the company’s reputation
  • Working closely with marketing team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Identifying sales opportunities and potential new customers
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets and sales forecasts
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Preparing sales reports and presenting them to senior management
  • Helping to coordinate sales operations, including inventory and order processing
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Organizes external trainings and learning sessions to boost future specification opportunities and brand awareness with consultants, developers and architects (lunch and learn, periodical training sessions with current customers, product launch events)
  • Actively supports product selection in tender stage to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of sales performance
  • Identify projects opportunities, initiate all relevant contacts to position the brand and its products/solutions on projects, secure the specifications and finalize new deals/references 
  • Understand market trends and share relevant information with Local Product Managers for future product developments

Job Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding target in the field of sanitary ware
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise in the field of sanitary ware
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • MUST HAVE A CAR
  • Previous experience in sanitary ware marketing and sales, contractors, consultants.  
  • Good command of English language; written and spoken.
