Job Description

  • Strategic Marketing and Execution
  • Develop tailored marketing frameworks integrating digital, traditional, and experiential strategies to drive brand equity and ROI.
  • Brand Consulting
  • Advise clients on brand positioning, messaging, and identity.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to inform brand strategy.
  • Business Development 
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Commercial Growth Strategy
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Analyze business models, providing recommendations for operational improvements, new revenue streams, and improved profitability.
  • Client Partnership and Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted strategic advisor.
  • Present findings, strategies, and measurable outcomes to senior client stakeholders and executive teams.
  • Budget & Invoicing Management
  • Manage account budgets and ensure that client invoicing is accurate and timely.
  • Project Management
  • Utilize sound project management processes and tools to in still discipline and work collaboratively with other team members
  • Effectively manage projects to deliver on cost, quality, and timing targets
  • Reporting
  • Deliver frequent reports to management based on department performance, highlighting strengths and areas for development
  • Suggest solutions to enhance performance based on performance reports
  • Leadership
  • Train, Mentor and guide project teams and junior consultants, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous learning.

Job Requirements

  • Essential requirements (skills, knowledge, experience & qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA or equivalent highly preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in brand management, marketing consulting, or strategic business development.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results through strategic marketing and business growth initiatives.
  • Strong proficiency in data-driven marketing tools, financial modelling, and market analysis frameworks.
  • Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset, adept at managing complex projects across multiple industries.
  • Proven leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative thinking and innovation.
