Job Description
· Supervise drivers and distributors, ensuring adherence to schedules and safety protocols.
· Coordinate vehicle maintenance and inspections to ensure fleet reliability.
· Collaborate with Inventory Stores (Mazaya, Masstige, Selective, Fashion, Karaca) to plan and execute delivery operations.
· Maintain updated records for vehicle usage, maintenance, and performance metrics.
· Implement fleet management strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
· 5+ years of experience in fleet management or logistics, preferably in a multi-site retail environment.
· Proficiency in fleet management software and MS Office applications.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
