Job Description

  • Answers customers questions on shoes and social platforms 
  • Handling tasks for teams groups ( customers problems or requests )
  • Get Customers feed backs and reviews 

Job Requirements

  • Work experience as a Customer Service  or similar role
  • Work experience as a Moderator
  • Good in English
  • Excellent Communication Skills 
  • Excellent in handling customers problems 
  • Solve problems 
  • Experience in sales or customer service positions is a plus
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Software (LMS)
  • Familiarity with interactive learning activities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • BSc degree in Education, Human Resources or relevant field
  • Additional certification in training is a plus
