Job Requirements
- Work experience as a Customer Service or similar role
- Work experience as a Moderator
- Good in English
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent in handling customers problems
- Solve problems
- Experience in sales or customer service positions is a plus
- Knowledge of Learning Management Software (LMS)
- Familiarity with interactive learning activities
