First Group Construction Company is a leading organization in the construction industry, committed to delivering high-quality projects and exceptional client service. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Kuwait City office.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding company services and projects.
- Assist clients with requests, complaints, and service-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
- Maintain and update customer records and documentation.
- Support the sales and operations teams with client follow-ups and after-sales service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to building long-term relationships.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service within the construction industry (experience in construction companies is a must).
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software is a plus.
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
